It had totally slipped my mind in the midst of everything that I wanted to make a necklace for my friend who just had a baby (the cutest little thing named Lilly). I figured it would be apt to make a necklace of a stargazer lily.

It's currently drying its varnish in the bathroom right now, and I hope it's all ready to go by tomorrow. I kind of want to add a coat of resin to the flip side of the pendant since the lines and colors seemed to show better, but I don't know if I'll have the time. It also might look great when it's dried.. we will see! I hope she likes it :3

Edit: The finished product, which she loved. Yay! |
